or the big guy gets dumped for the little guy...this becomes the rub when the seller finally realizes that a sign does not sell a home. No matter the agency, this is a high turnover business. I will argue that there are more newbies, more challenges with agents from larger companies. Bottom line, there are bad and good seeds no matter the size of agency.
