Paul, the dow rallied nearly 200 points in less than 2 hours and the comp and ndx took out yesterdays highs. It is still early going and if Iraq has indeed accepted, the question of how Iraq conducts itself when the inspectors come knocking the door on "sensitive" sites comes into play.
I am just wondering how far you think this rally should have progressed at this point to look more bullish.

This market is certainly not short of surprises these days. Whipsaw city.<g>
