Cush I'm not sure what version of Sun's Java your using , but the Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition Version 1.4.0 is a lot more stable than the JD 1.3 that a lot of sites still have available for download. I've used both and found the 1.4 to be much better and stable. I still use Win 98 on my one machine that runs 6 monitors instead of Win 2000 because of driver issues , and find that I have at least one crash of Canada StockWatch's live ticker at least once a day. On my Win 2000 machines I' have hardly ever had a crash of the live ticker for whatever reason. I do find that Canada StockWatch's live ticker is a resource hog which wouldn't help win 98 very much. trade15
