I am a lurker. CREE is on my prospect list. I don't own any and I have never owned any.

It seems to me that the questions that should be asked are, "what does cross-licensing mean as far as patent protection of intellectual property, competitive advantages, and barriers to entry and who is likely to take the CREE/Nichia technology and pose the most significant competitive threat?"

I didn't mean to cloud up your sunny morning, but an understanding of these kinds of questions are necessary for me to move CREE from a prospect to a holding.
