OT** Yes.. My orders are always limit orders even when I see there is enough volume at the bid/ask for what I want.. They are always up when I want them.. Never had problem along that line.. Report filled are fast and they followed up with overnight email to give you the day's activities, if you had any.. And monthly email statement of your account.. Everything is online with them.. Two ways to trade with them.. Either at their web site or you can download TWS (Trader's Work Station) to your PC, which is what most people do.. There is a thread on them here at SI and you can always look them up at interactivebrokers.com
