I certainly did not mean your age.
Just the idea that one can't offer a lower commission and give full service.

.06 x 300,000 =18,000 commission

same house 5 years later.

.06 x 500,000 = 30,000 commission

Don't tell me printing costs etc. have gone up that much. Heck, mine have gone down.
Ad costs haven't gone up that much either.
