If he avoids war I will give him credit and vote for him next time around. Do you think Cheney and Rumsfeld will let him?

Don't you think that at this point, it is up to Saddam to decide if there will be war or not. I think Bush and the UN pretty clearly outlined the path Saddam needs to take to avoid war.
