Well total sales were up 23% and their earnings were up 50% - Gross margins were down 1% year over year as the comapany ramped up its domestic factory 50% to meet international demand for the vulcanized product so I am sure analysts will be slightly upset with that although the company stated a good reason why. Also company says backlog for Q2 is up 25% plus but they would not state exactly what. I think the are just trying to be conservative given the recent choppiness of the shoe market. Numbers were good its just a matter how the street interprets the future outlook for the company.
