WEATHER UPDATE,
Southern Oscillation Index was positive up till yesterday, last chance I had to check.

A positive tendency in SOI and a weak to middlin' El Nino have given us some real old fashioned winters in the East on previous occasions. Midwest is variable in this pattern.

I'm sticking with my winter weather forecast also, I see no reason to change.
