If the consumer does its homework, we've discussed limited service listings which allow for a minimal fee plus a selling fee which the SELLER may dictate.

Real estate agents are held to higher scrutiny than attorneys. This is a very gray area. Agents are in the position to simply "fill in the blanks" on standard forms which are drafted by attorneys. Going beyond that point goes outside the agent's scope of dut. Having stated this, we've all seen addendums drafted outside "blanks".

YHD had formed their own "multiple" as discussed yesterday...
