There are lots of technology stocks trading for sky-high PE's that are at half cash levels, some are even cash flow positive. I think this is skewing the PE valuations on the S&P. The other problem is artifically low revenue levels from the networking side. I don't know if this time around we're going to get the traditional low PE from prior troughs, if it means tech stocks will need to trade for 1/10 cash. Jmo. Lizzie
