Bobby, Its early in Seattle so I assume you are still awake. I am down the coast from you. I will be having an open house starting in December. These "limited service listings" you mention, well I have been following this thread as I am concerned about the "Real Estate Crash" and do not recall such listings. Can you point me to them, it may be helpful in selling my home. Really though, I a thinking a plain old personal web page may work best, along with a sign out front. What are the limited listings? I looked at FSBO.com and got no listings in my area at all. EBAY has one home in our area do you think this would work. Do you just auction it off or what?
