No one can guarantee that any site,or listing a home for sale with any Realtor, will work. But go to google.com and type in forsalebyowner.com and see what you get.

I have a hard time recommending any part of this strategy when you really need to sell your home, but one never knows what might work.

It only takes one buyer to make the one successful offer on one home, but from what I understand after your postings, I would say time is required. You might have one of those unusual properties for which *patience* is required...unless you need to slash the price severely to get something done quickly--and that usually works. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
