Thanks, I tried that site its the one I referred to as fizzbo.com, I am learning the lingo you see. I had tried it before. I am like on the border of two zip codes. I live in one and my PO box is in the other. Neither has a listing under forsalebyowner.com. Neither does the small town near me nor the larger town where I do most of my shopping which has a wonderful supermarket better than any safeway I have ever visited (this town has a newly remodeled safeway too!). I do have an unusual property, most around here are. Where else can you walk on the beach by yourself? eat first class? world famous wineries and breweries, worlds tallest tree? But I am getting some traffic drive by lookie loos. I will let you know later how it is going. I was thinking with all the big shot stock winners here on SI that somebody might be interested. I mean it is a nice place. Only reason I am selling is due to economy you know. Did not plan like I should have. Thanks for the good luck, you are a nice person I am sure of that as are most on SI they are just frustrated, these are hard times you know. My realtor is getting on the ball now, I lowered the price this weekend and she brought out some realtors today to look at the place. She is working now she knows it goes fizzllebo soon. One of the prospective buyers is coming tomorrow to look. And one of the other realtors has a client with "goats and a pot bellied pig" wants to walk them to the beach LOLOL plus tie up the kayak on the river. I said 'Why not?" Isn't life strange?
