This is a guide to information sources.

baystreet.com

All the company releases "by law" are now at sedar.com

Canadian Corporate News got swallowed up by PIMs and seems to have died. With a sunscription I think you can still get it thru the CCNMathews site under " adviceforinvestors.com "

canada-stockwatch.com is the usual source for ALL corporate news releases. Canada newswire or CCN did not have all the news. You had to hunt around for it service by service. Some companies were only carried by Canada-Stockwatch as he lowered the price of exclusives! A Stock watch subscription is about 20 dollars CDN a month.

I don't know how up to the minute Sedar is. I know Canada-Stockwatch had a near monopoly on timely news from companies, especially it seemed to have stranglehold on the penny issuers, how seem to be the preferred bottom feeder sea-horses.

Market News has most (98%) of the corporate news. I don't know their website actually.
