Al, <Unilateral was the key.> Big deal. Every nation acts out of its own self-interest. If that nation is better served by being unilateral, so be it. If that nation is better served by being a "team player," then all the better. Ideally, every situation should be adjusted and compromised so that it turns into a "win-win" scenario for all parties involved. Realistically, you know we fall short.
