Lets's see if Sean responds. As to Rene, I can understand why Mark would have called him, if they have had some association in the past. Check Rene's profile here on SI.

I talked with Mark and heard nothing to support the large PP as mentioned by Sean. Also the additional properties they are locking up are in the Congo. I don't recall Angola being mentioned although they are still looking. PP's will be small, in the size of $250,000 or so. Mark also gave his theory regarding the timing of property development and raising cash. Something they learned the hard way with Yetwene.

I expect STS to move along slow and sure. There should be a news release in the next month or so pertaining to the new properties. They are going back to the Congo to dot the i's etc. in a couple of weeks.

Although neither Mark nor I have added up all the stock out there, his estimate, and I concur, is that there are 11mil fully dilluted with a float of about 7 mil.
