Byron Wien at MS just came out with a note that says the war in Iraq is not pushed off to just March/April 2003 but more likely the fall of 2003. The further out it goes, of course, the more it just seems like the last 11 years of squabbling with Saddam Hussein rather than a real resolution. Wag the dog.
