I'd say you are thinking in a stupid and narrow minded way. There are citizens of America and then citizens of the third would. There are rabid anti Americans of all races, creeds and religions. I hear really stupid things said about Catholics and all are statements of ignorance. I don't personally know 200 or more folks who follow Islam. I know a few and they share my disgust at acts of terrorism. I consider your statements the statements of a very ignorant person. There are many anti American organizations in America. I have no doubt that some subset of the followers if Islam are anti American. But then based upon the idiots who post here, I'd say the most virulent anti Americans are democrats.
