I can see C possibly underperforming the market, especially if they toss sandy Weil in the clink as they probably should. But for options you pretty much need a slam dunk and as far as the overall market I just don't see it. It almost looks to me like c has completed an expanding b down. If so it would now be in a c up and should bust through that resistance from the 7th to the 12th. Risky to fade it IMO.
