Bush retains high approval ratings, and they managed to translate into effective campaigning and an unprecedented show of coat-tails in a midterm election. Most people are not counting the number of newsconferences, or wondering if someone else is in charge, they trust him and his team. Considering the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, Bush's response has been discreet, measured, and well- executed.......
