TR, I'm very sorry to hear that. does is state in the warranty that you have to keep those receipts and show proof of oil changes? also, you should be able to call around for records of oil changes if you remember some of the places you had it changed. i'm pretty sure they are obliged to keep records of all changes. go up the ladder at Chrysler as far as you can! good luck!

on a similar note, my wifes F Bronco II (about 12 years ago) had just run out of warranty (by 3k miles) when it dropped its transmission. they replaced it, no questions asked, under warranty. i've purchased Ford SUV products for her ever since.
