The landscape is changing rapidly in wireless. As I understand it, the bandwidth limits are going off in January of next year. I would expect the Germans (DT aka T Mobile) and the Chinese (China Telecom just got cash in their US IPO) to bid. This will likely result in more money for Uncasam.

They better run and get it done fast, 'cause 802.11 (free spectrum) is growing very fast, thanks to IBM, Intel and Microsoft pushing it.
