Buzz, Viasoft looks like a double top. The valley is quite deep but the time between peaks is short. Ideally a double top has a long flat period between the peaks. Here the depth of the valley may offset the almost nonexistent time between the peaks. The bad news is that a substantial move has taken place by the time a double top is identifiable. The good news is that it is a major reversal and is likely to continue for some time. Whetehr or not it is a double top, the chart looks quite weak. The second peak failed to definitively exceed the first and it had duller volume. I wonder if the right shoulder of a H&S reversal is still forming with a neckline at 32. That is what I would keep an eye on. You called this one correctly and if it turns out to be a H&S, there is considerable downside despite the fact the stock has had a major decline.

Good luck,
Elliot
