it's a sidelines play IMHO until things settle into a recognizable and safer pattern.

Do you have any new THC thoughts?

IMO there are obviously problems at THC, but it seems as if some of the problems may be built into the share price at this time?

The S.F. Chronicle printed a story about "the patient" who states he tipped off the FBI to unnecessary surgery at the Redding hospital. (The current investigation involves the physicians and not THC at this time.) This patient states that he had gone to Las Vegas for the needed heart surgery, and "moments before being wheeled into an operating room" he was told by another physician that he didn't need the surgery. IMO his claim casts some doubt on the crediblity of his comments.

I don't know *any* surgeon who would ever operate on a patient who has been "worked up" by another physician, without performing their own independent evaluation. With today's climate of medical malpractice lawsuits a surgeon who followed that routine wouldn't be practicing for very long.
