where did you here the business pickup story? They have blown the Proteon deal to SAP and BAAN. Too bad because they could have owned the market. The MAPICS business looks good and profitable, MArcam Solutions appears to be a flea ridden dog. Don't see how the parts can be worth 18-20, 14 seems to be what the market values the two entities
