SIMU trading is certainly strange. Even after the great (expected)earnings report, no shares have traded in the first half hour. Actually it has traded only 500 shares in the last 3 weeks. This is the main reason I have held out getting in at the current bid/ask levels. I do have a low ball offer in, but don't expect to get it.
