BB:

Prices are just starting to drop. 9/11 moved GA aircraft prices up (as folks started to realize that flying your own makes good sense), but aircraft are still a discretionary expenditure item and with the economy heading into the tank and liquidity becoming important, I expect GA prices to fall much further.

In general terms, I suspect that we Canucks will lag the U.S. (time-wise) in falling down the economic staircase (debt levels not as nasty), but since we sell so great a percentage of our GDP to the U.S., we won't be far behind, as the downside momentum picks up. If you can wait six months or so, prices will be lower.

Best, Earlie
