Analyst Mark Jordan at A.G. Edwards attributes the weakness in Titan Corp.'s stock (TTN) to the company's disclosure in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it had received a subpoena from the antitrust division of the U.S. Dept. of Justice. He feels the stock's weakness has created a buying opportunity, since he believes the request for information is related to the DOJ's action against Dynamics Research Corp (DRCO) for conspiring to defraud the U.S. Air Force. The stock is down $2.21, or 18 percent, at $10.27.
