I have no idea when the right time to buy is. So my strategy has always been to average in and then just hold. I do think prices of most big cap companies are high, but I thought that a month ago and the month before that. I started getting nervous when the Dow hit 7700. As long as money keeps pouring in to the funds and interest rates stay down, looks like PE expansion will continue.
