Outlawing spin isn't going to happen and probably would not work even if it did happen.

But more importantly, it response to CIA Director Wm Colby's public assertion in 1975 during the Church Committee that the CIA controls all journalists and editors of consequence in the media.

I didn't know that Colby said any such thing but whoever said it, it is and was nonsense.
