"My name is Joseph Fattorusso, also known as "goombajhny $." I wish to make the following apology to Mr. Gene R. Kazlow. On. April, 29, 2002, May 6, 2002 and May 8, 2002, I posted the message number 29071 on the Raging BuIl's message board for Urecoats Industries, Inc. ("URIC"), and. the messages numbered. 3440 and 3458 on the Raging Bull's message board for Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation ("TIDE"), in which I falsely accused Mr. Kazlow of fraud, manipulation and other illegal activity with regard to the stock of those companies. In fact, I have never met Mr. Kazlow, and, had no basis for making such reckless allegations. Even worse, Mr. Kazlow's law firm represented me two years ago in a very serious legal matter, and provided excellent representation which got me out of a real jam, so I owed a debt of sincere gratitude to this man, whom. I instead betrayed by posting the foregoing messages. I posted-my false messages at a time of personal frustration after losing money on a stock trade. That loss had nothing to do with Mr. Kazlow, and I had absolutely no cause to malign him. I am truly sorry for what I have done, and ask Mr. Kazlow to forgive me."

My end of the bargain is complete......see this stock for what it is ...a complete sham and rest assured my so called friends who have been nothing more than con men will be exposed for the rats they are.Real friends of mine have suffered and that is what I am sorry for.Get out while there is any value left to your money because justice I assure you is coming and that goes for the big cheese as well........GOOMBA

This company is a fraud perpertrated by a group of investors for their own personal gain led by GENE KASLOW a lawyer who the sec already banned from doing business .Stalin unfortunately was right and this is just the tip of the iceberg with this quack.Im angry and quite frankly dont want to hear about his 2 million plus shares which he bought at 12 to 14 cents but I want to know about all the unregisterd shares he already sold derfrauding all the good hard working people out there........GOOMBA
