This is certainly an issue. I'm not really sure what the timeframe is for the obligation to be funded. I think in time, adjustments will be made, contributions made and market gains will help. I'm not downplaying the problem - I really don't know how it will be made up but I'm not sure it's an immediate problem and may dissipate over time.
