Hi CB Mgmt has performed respectably in last 2 years. NAVR appears to be turning the corner. If mgmt stays focused, continues to turn in profits, and produces growth in both revenues and profits we can look forward to growth rate multiples of P/E. A P/E of between 20 and 30 for 2003 is then not unrealistic. Relative to current performance NAVR is attractively priced. JMHO
