Additional news on MKG's purchase of NELL.

MKG's CEO states "The acquisition of Nellcor represents the culmination of a significant effort by Mallinckrodt to expand its core medical products business..."

Depending how one reads this, it could be assumed MKG has completed the expansion of its core business and would therefore no longer have any interest in acquiring IMMU.
