I was born in England, most of my recent ancestors are from the border area of England and Scotland. I have been a US citizen since 1993 after moving here in 1981. BTW, I was NEVER here illegally, I always had the right visas and work permits.I am proud to be a US citizen, but equally proud of the support that the UK gives in helping to defend our freedoms. One of my nephews is over there right now helping to enforce the Iraqi no-fly zones.
