OT I did not say nor imply nor speak of the market bubble. THAT I still blame on greenspan, the arrogantly inept. However, the market and the economy still haven't settled or begun their recovery. In recent decades, bear markets have run their course in about ten months so I've been told, by stockbrokers who are, of course, not to be trusted. Yet, companies continue to lay people off, I don't see many signs of recovery, except that the administration wants to give tax dodgers with offshore corporations even more breaks.

3) For some ridiculous reason, some people see the stability and strength of a nation as being reflected in the stability and strength of its currency. Argentina, Russia - they're stable? I'm not sure what you mean.
