i posted the first post on that thread ( #reply-14310962 ), and i still swear i nailed it right then and there and he was so taken aback that he couldn't bring himself to admit that i had guessed it. i mean, in his wildest dreams he couldn't have imagined someone coming along and guessing exactly what number he was thinking of on the first try, and he was stunned by the fact that now he had this whole new thread started and his number had already been guessed. i can see why he engaged in a cover up. i also offered up another possibility to clear up all the smoke surrounding the number question...
