If we're going on dwell on the big fish that got away, DELL's the one.

But if you want to chat about trolling for value, QNTM first entered my radar screen a couple months ago, when it was at 20. It's pushing 30 now, but I still figure it offers a better risk/reward picture than the admittedly miniscule universe of tech stocks that I look at.
