Dear John, Probably not much short covering involved in this rally. I would think it's due more to demand for the stock and the expectations of its technology. The downgrade from Warburg was just book keeping so they can upgrade next quarter. Notice the recent downgrades only last one day. INTC recovered pretty much on Fri. after downgrade. Monday it will make it all back if we have a decent day. cdaisey
