Technology Stocks : Novell (NOVL) dirt cheap, good buy?

I hear what your saying. My thinking is that Novell will use up most of the cash foolishly and the book value will start going down based on the cash they start spending out of reserves and loss of asset value. I think the amount is already going down. Wasn't it about 1.2 Billion about 4 months ago and now I hear 1.0 billion. I think I'll educate myself on options and start making money on this that way. I've been very bullish on Novell , but after a few years you see the reality around you. I guess I'm lucky in that I work with companies that use networks and all, yes "ALL" are getting off Netware and Novell products. I keep looking for signs of a turn around in the business community about Novell but I don't see it. The sad part is that I look very actively. At this point it's time to play the stock and get my feelings out of the way. I'm leaning to sell all Novell and write "just some" options to recover the 2.50 per share loss if I sold at 7.00.
