Right up to their pallets... "The Financing will result in the issuance to two affiliated entities, Equity Merchant Banking Corporation and Connecticut Bank of Commerce of approximately 44% of the outstanding number of common shares of the Corporation as at the date hereof (30% following the issuance of the common shares pursuant to the Financing) and will effect a change in control of the Corporation."
