Invest should have been written "invest". The result for Germany will be capital flight. While before only self employed German people would cheat the taxman by taking their money abroad, today even the employees of Deutsche Telekom are doing the same.
Governments, even though the tax payer is disappearing they don't have the political will to 'right-size' the state for the lower revenue raised. Instead of making the drain pipe out of the tank smaller, they crank up the pump into the tank. It is not going to work.
