I believe the COMP will take out the August highs to bring these indices into synch again. I agree that COMP should make a new high to match NDX, and having just reviewed some stuff on Dow Theory, if COMP fails to make a new high before this thing ends, then TIMMMMMMMMMBBBBERRRRRRRRRRR
