It appears that funds have decided it is time to re-invest ( Those $'s removed from equitiies in last 4 months). Despite their recent losses, the Japanese love to gamble, will not forget the roaring '80s. With no place to make money at home, they are left with US techs as their best bet to fly again. I am not convinced the uptick will be slow and orderly. Even pigs can fly in a hurricane.But In many cases they may invest in the better knowns ,as other thread members have mentioned..
