We also know, nearly a 1% block crossed with no movement. Might be nothing but a switch. I'm just speculating a firm was hired by a company to purchase a block from an existing institutional holder. This in light of a ho-hum quarter and a hard comparison against the up and coming quarter. No 13d needed with a stake under 5%. Anybody thinking along same lines, or different?
