"Rent rates have risen". Boy, howdy, have they. In '74,I bought an 800 sq foot cabin on the SF Peninsula for 27K. 5 years ago, it ws being rented for 27k/ year.
Was I questioning why I sold? Uh uh. My only thought is that those people must be awfully desperate.
