Charles, I have found no news either, but I have been in and out of this stock several times in the past 12 months or so (I currently hold a long position and I consider it is great value at these prices) . It's price tends to drop gradually on no news, and then spurts up on every new contract. approval or any other positive news release. There are always leaks and I have noticed volume increases and price reversals tend to occur 2 days to a week before the announcement. I am also very positive on their technology. I believe it has been shown to be scientifically sound, and some of their applications when released commercially could be HUGE money spinners. Their association with Bayer indicated that Bayer knows that also.
