I think $30 is a good base price and I think also that if a bidding war started, it woud go higher. The market is going to be hot for these stocks the coming years and they're earnings are going to go up dramatically, thus boosting overall value. FSII has a great reputation, nice new facilities ramped for the run.

Could NVLS put out a bid in on just the chemical etching business alone?
If not they'd be buying 3 businesses.
