It's been a long time since anyone had any thing to say about this one. It crashed on the telecom industry crash and is now in a perfect position with a lot of new and very large contracts..... NOW....there is a PERFECT cup and handle breakout today and it's back to 12@! for the first time in a long time. Would love to see mid 13's, which is where it's heading CC
